The rate per night is $250 – Minimum 2 nights for Fri-Sun bookings .

Single night bookings are considered Mon-Thur from May to August.

Conditions: 

• Guest numbers are strictly limited to 2 adults (Infants will be considered if less than 6 months)
• Payment is required a month in advance or at time of booking if booking is within the next month.
• If guests decide to cancel, they will receive a full refund if a minimum of 14 days’ notice is given.  If guests cancel within two weeks of the booking, then a refund is dependent on whether I can re-let the apartment.
• Payment can be made by credit card but payment by bank transfer is preferred, and banking details will be sent if you decide to proceed with the booking
• No smoking in the apartment and this includes the balcony and garden.
• Check in is 2pm.  Check out is 11am.  (Requests for early check in or late check out will be considered, but usually I have back-to-back guests, so it is difficult to accommodate these requests)
