Located in the heart of Stanwell Park, Kim’s Place is the perfect spot to relax and unwind on your next getaway. Known for it’s beautiful coastline and breathtaking views of the South Coast, Stanwell Park is found on southern edge of the Royal National Park, NSW.
The one-bedroom apartment is private and self-contained. You have a queen bedroom with ensuite and a living area that includes a kitchenette, dining and lounge area. Adjoining the living area is the guest balcony with a BBQ and day bed.
With plenty to do in Stanwell Park and surrounds, you can choose to stay put and enjoy the beach, or indulge in range of local adventures, from horse riding and bushwalking to hang gliding.

Things you need to know
The Space
The guest apartment is self-contained and private with beach access literally just across the street. It is located on the ground floor of our architectually designed home.
The sleeping arrangements include, one bedroom with Queen bed and en-suite. Kim’s Place is best suited to couples.
Organising Food
Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance.
There is no grocery store in Stanwell Park and take-away food options are limited, however Thirroul is located a short 15 minutes away, where there is unlimited dining options.
As there is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette, Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ provided on the balcony.
House Rules
Kim’s Place offers check-in after 2pm and checkout at 11am. Self check-in is available.
This property is no smoking and we do not allow pets, parties or events.
Kims Place proudly uses solar power and battery. We encourage and appreciate guests that use power responsibly.

Just over an hour’s drive south of Sydney, Stanwell Park is a great location to relax and unwind. From beaches to bush walks, adventure to relax, we have it all.
With a number of local attractions accessibile by car, theres plenty to explore. You can visit Seacliff Bridge, horseride at Darkes Forest, bushwalk the Wodi Wodi track, feed the animals at Symbio Wildlife Park, visit Kelly’s Falls or grab a bite to eat at the Imperial Hotel at Clifton.

Visit Symbio Wildlife Park and get closer than ever before to some of the most amazing animals from Australia. With koalas, kangaroos, wombats, possums, cheetahs, lemurs, red pandas, meerkats, monkeys and so much more, there’s fun for the whole family.
Hanggliding and Parasailing
Stanwell Park is an internationally famous area for hang gliding and paragliding. For the adventurous, you can visit Sydney Hang Gliding Centre or if thats not your thing you can watch hang gliders and paragliders fly above the cliffs and ocean from Bald Hill lookout, or from the beach below.

Seacliff Bridge
The 665 metre long Sea Cliff Bridge is a highlight along the Grand Pacific Drive. It is one of the most scenic coastlines and many tourists visit this picturesque coastal road.
Horseriding at Darkes Forest
Darkes Forest Riding Ranch is set in native bushland not too far from Stanwell Park. You don’t have to have to have prior experience, it’s a great place to enjoy a trail ride or a lesson.
Pick apples at Glenbernie Orchard
Hand pick your own fruit at the Apple Shack at Glenbernie Orchard. With something for everyone you can go on your own Darkes Cider tasting adventure, buy fresh and dried fruits, cider and honey, or discover stories behind growing fruit.
Whale Watching
You don’t have to travel far to find a whale-watching vantage point. With several lookouts around Stanwell Park, it’s a great place to watch migrating whales heading north/south during migrating season.
Mountain Biking
This one isn’t for the faint hearted. If you have your own bike you can visit the Royal National Park where you will find bike tracks to get stuck into.
Bird Watching
Interested in birds? Being located so close to the Royal National Park, Stanwell Park is a great location for watching birds.
